چکیده

Microbiota studies are an increasingly important issue today. In the literature, there limited on antifungal resistance and biofilm formation capacity of yeasts isolated from mouths young individuals. For this reason, our study was carried out with 133 yeast isolates 17 individuals between ages 18-25 in 2018-2020. When biofilm-forming capacities were examined, it determined that 99.25% producers by tissue culture plate method 66.92% tube method. One hundred thirty-three seven reference strains first evaluated against fluconazole agar disc diffusion The found to be susceptible fluconazole. According result, 20 strong selected isolates. Antifungal fluconazole, itraconazole, clotrimazole, amphotericin B nystatin gradient test strips. It resistant B, 18 antifungal. sensitivity itraconazole 14 clotrimazole 3 dose-dependent. As a azole group antifungals can used mainly treating oral infections.

İnsan ve Hayvan Örneklerinden İzole Edilen Escherichia coli’nin İlaç Direnci ve İntegronların Yaygınlığında Antibiyotik Rolü

It is believed that high antibiotic consumption and horizontal transfer of resistance genes are two major causes of antibiotic resistance in bacteria. To confirm or reject this belief, we studied the role of drug administration in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), prevalence of Class I and II integrons and integron-mediated resistance in Escherichia coli isolated from human and animal specimens. ...
